Notice: CMPNT Health, Inc. is currently in product development. This Privacy Policy governs information collected
through our website (cmpnthealth.com) and any preliminary communications. It will be updated prior to any
commercial product launch to address Protected Health Information (PHI) handling, Business Associate
Agreement obligations, and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance requirements.

CMPNT Health, Inc. (“CMPNT Health,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Delaware corporation building utilization review
automation software for substance use disorder (SUD) treatment organizations. Our registered address is on file

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through:
- Our website at cmpnthealth.com and any subdomains
- Email communications sent to or received from us
- Partnership inquiries, demonstrations, and pre-commercial outreach
This Policy does not currently govern Protected Health Information (PHI) or Substance Use Disorder patient
records under 42 CFR Part 2, as we are not yet operating as a covered entity or business associate. Separate
policies and Business Associate Agreements will govern any PHI handled through the CMPNT Health platform at
launch.
