Notice: CMPNT Health, Inc. is currently in product development. These Terms of Service govern use of our website and pre-commercial communications only. Separate, comprehensive Terms governing the CMPNT Health software platform — including provisions specific to healthcare data, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and SUD treatment workflows — will be published prior to commercial launch.

Do not submit protected health information (PHI) or substance use disorder patient records through our website, email, or any communication channel not established under a signed Business Associate Agreement and 42 CFR Part 2-compliant consent framework.
